I’m Nishi, nice to you meet you! I’m making my thread on SZ today, because well it’s for the thread wars. Good luck to my opponent Ken and good luck to all participants who are taking part in the thread wars; also I’ll try my very best to present this thread of mine to you, but don’t count on it. >~<… I’m good at being a disappointment most of the time… Anyway, can’t believe I left this to last minute. Today my topic is all about ‘emotions’. Not the best topic for me to talk about, but not the worst either. ¯\_( > ͜ <)_/¯Would’ve preferred talking solely about love, because you know…Girly stuff and shit, teehee~

დ So, what are emotions exactly? Well let me answer this question for you even though you already got an idea what it is…I hope. Emotions are feelings that we feel from the bottom of our heart, as cheesy as that sounds. These feelings of ours are involuntary and not always can we control it. Hence, stronger feelings can cause one’s mood to suddenly change for the better or worse, including the way they interact with other people.

დ But where do these emotions come from? Well this is a controversial topic as some people believe that we develop emotions according to what we have experienced from our environment. This is known as ‘nurture’ as it is not inherited. For example, a child who had never been given any love from their parents may not be able to understand how to love their future partner, or they may decide to not find love. On the other hand, some people believe that we as humans have inherited genes to feel different emotions, because it is in the genesis of our DNA. This is known as ‘nature’ as it is a genetically inherited trait. For example, many people may have a fear of spiders without knowing why exactly. This could be explained by the fact that, spiders like Black Widows are poisonous. So, we must avoid coming into contact with them at all cost.

Fun fact: An American psychologist named Paul Ekman states that humans have six basic emotions. This includes, happiness, fear, disgust, anger, sadness and surprise.

Therefore, it could be said that these basic emotions have been ‘hardwired’ into us as our ancestors would have faced many challenges in their era of time and so, these basic emotions have become so primitive and universal to help us as humans to develop well and survive in the world we are living in today. This is just my analysis of what I believe to be true. So, I’m on nature’s side. Goooo nature~

Just above I have posted a poem I found, whilst surfing the interweb. Try analysing the poem. When you read the poem what emotions are you getting off the poet? As a reader what emotions are you feeling? Does it hit any deep spots from your own experience? Take a few moment to read over the poem and let your thoughts seep in…

When I read this poem I get the understanding that the poet likes his own company and he finds joy in doing so. He does not need to spend all his time socialising with other people to feel the feeling of pleasure. It’s just as fun to set time doing things for yourself and being selfish, rather than always spending it with another. It allows him to reflect on himself and understand the deeper emotions that are hidden in the depth of his heart. However, him playing the guitar is like a double-edged sword. The reason for this is because, the strumming of the guitar helps him to relax, as well as to feel such intense emotions that he cannot control. In this case, maybe playing the guitar reminds him of someone and he misses them and wishes for their company. As a result, maybe all the activities he is doing alone is part of distraction to take his mind of this person. It’s temporary amusement from the one love that he is missing, as his heart yearns for it. And slowly this solitude he continues to stay in may one day break him…

So, for the last part of this thread I’ll analyse some Disqus users’ comment based on the type of emotions they may have been feeling, during the time they have typed their comment. I swear I did not stalk anyone, hehe.

დ Rushion:

In the ss above the emotions that stands out most to me is the fact that Rushion may have felt quite hurt and betrayed from the ones that he thought he could trust the most and count on. As a result, he has developed trust issues and does not want to open his heart up, in order to avoid experiencing those negative emotions again. There, there Rushion. You’re still a cutie. *Pat, pat.*

Lmao, had to bring up Rushion again because I wuv him. >< I can explain why he said this comment… Basically, I like to tease Rushion by sating that he is a cutie because it annoys him and he views it as bullying. Honestly, it’s true and it’s always fun to give people nicknames. I’ve been doing it for nearly two years on Disqus now, smh. Anyway, from this comment you can pretty much tell that he has no hatred towards me, because #1 why would you comment that to everyone on Disqus to see and #2, who uses ‘o.o’ when they are in a foul mood. So, to conclude Rushion is being a tsun and he actually likes being called a cutie, but backs it up with fake hatred. Seriously, why must men think it’s weird to be called cutie. Don’t worry, your man pride will not be tarnished due to a five letter word. ‘-‘)b

დ Felix:

In this ss you can see Missy being a flirty attention seeker for upvotes, yet this seemed to trigger Felix. Salty Felix shows his obvious hate for feminists like our dear Missy and so, Kawaiisium must have told Felix off earlier to stop his cringey flirting. But, no no Felix was not having it. He want equality to be applied to both gender. Lmao, no just kidding. He just wants to be superior to Missy for once, but fails to anyway.

დ Cuntish:

Basically, what Cuntish is trying to say from reading her comment is that she adds random new users on Discord to show that she is a good person and she does not want them to think she is stuck up just because she is an old user. She wants to show her friendliness, despite being portrayed as a Cunt on the outside. However, she then realised this was a big mistake and feels regretful of her actions, due to the fact that the users she added will not stop being nuisances. So, now she is a bitter cunt and hopes that they will eventually get bored of her and leave.

დ Irregular:

Hmm, oh boy, oh boy. This gay bully faggot on the loose once again. What our lovely Irregular is trying to show is that he is feeling pretty horny and is ready to prey on anyone who says that they are a girl. So, as he excitedly meets the new users he just hopes that they make some mention that they are a girl and are kawaiii. >< Smh, this dirty perv looking for virtual pussies like the loser he is. I don’t blame him. He is an Indian afterall. xd

Alright, I got one more ss left. I saved the best for last…. > ͜ <

Lolxddxddhahakmslelelelzz! Basically, what this gorilla is saying here is that it is abnormal for a user to stay on Disqus for so long and that they need psychological help for this, because what the fuck are they doing with their life? Hence, Gori is quite concerned for the health and wellbeing of any old users who are spending all their time on Disqus like the no lifer they are. xd Also, apart from concern I assume he also finds slight amusement in old users, as he looks down at them with pity. Good thing Gori has only been on Disqus for two weeks and not more than two years. You’re all good Gori. xD

Welp, I have made this thread much longer than it need to be and so, I will end this thread with a few questions that you can choose to answer or not.
