A weapon, arm or armament is any device used with intent to inflict damage or harm. Weapons are used to increase the efficacy and efficiency of activities such as hunting, crime, law enforcement, self-defense, and warfare. In broader context, weapons may be construed to include anything used to gain a strategic, material or mental advantage over an adversary or enemy target.

When it comes to anime, you can see powerful and cool weapons that impossible to exist in the real world and that is what make them so awesome. These kind of weapons are mostly used by the main character or some crazy powerful secondary characters. So let's see some cool weapons that drives you insane. 

Ea (Sword of Rupture) - Fate Series

Sword of Rupture, Ea is the most powerful Noble Phantasm contained in the Gate of Babylon and the pinnacle of all those used by Servants in Fate Series. Unlike all of his other nameless weapons that were able to be passed on to other wielders over the course of history, it is a sword only Gilgamesh possesses, a completely unique existence that can only be possessed by him, that is suited only for a ruler's use and makes him transcendent. Ea was made before the concept of the sword existed so it is very weird looking. Ea's most powerful attack is Enuma Elish and it is powerful enough to destroy the world.

Enkidu (Chains of Heaven) - Fate Series

Enkidu: Chains of Heaven is the Noble Phantasm most trusted by Gilgamesh, even more so than Ea, and the "greatest secret" stored in the Gate of Babylon. It is a chain named after his closest and only friend, made to bind the gods so they cannot escape, making it one of the few Anti-Divine weapons that holds the concept of "reigning over the gods."

Ryoku's Scissor blade - Kil La Kill

Scissor Blades, also known as the Rending Scissors, when combined, are a giant pair of scissors developed by Isshin Matoi specifically for severing Life Fibers. When not needed for combat, the scissor blade has the ability to conveniently shrink down to the size of normal pair of scissors.

Kurikara - Ao no Excorcist

This sword is used by Rin Okumura. It is used to steal Rin's demonic powers as the son of Satan. But later he used it to fight and it unleashes the demonic powers of his.

The Dominator - Psycho Pass

When the Dominator is aimed at a target, it continuously reads and sends psychological data ‒ Psycho-Pass ‒ about the person on which it is focused to the Sibyl System for a calculation of their Crime Coefficient. When this value exceeds a certain level ‒ indicating that the target is mentally unstable and more likely to commit a violent crime, the gun will be able to fire. If the level does not exceed fixed levels, the muzzle will not open and a safety device will be activated to prevent the user from pulling the gun's trigger. The gun is unable to work when it is not linked wirelessly to the Sibyl System in most circumstances.
